On first arrival at Kathmandu and Nepal international airport, Haven Holidays Nepal staff and guide receives you. After getting introduce with the staff, your baggage will be loaded either in car, coach or bus as per group size. A short drive to the center of Kathmandu city, where your hotels is located. On checking to your lovely rooms, getting refreshed from Jet-Lag, then get ready for group briefing.
Where you will meet with other members of Real Adventure Tour in Nepal. The guide or group leader brief with related information regarding the tour, and local culture. Includes details on accommodation and foods hours of drive to each destinations for overnight stops and views along the tour.
Full day sightseeing tour. Kathmandu is a wonderful old city, steeped with historical and religious interesting places, includes many world heritage sites.
The tour takes you to Old Durbar Square in the heart of Kathmandu, treasures ancient temples, old Palace and royal courtyard. Includes residence of Living Goddess the Kumari, with Swyambhunath Stupa of more than 2,600 years old Buddhist monuments. The tour extends to Hindu Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath a charming huge Buddhist Stupa’s the areas known as Little Tibet.

River Beach Morning Haven Holiday Nepal staff, receives you hotel for interesting few hours’ drive to the put-in point of rafting. The drive heads beyond Kathmandu valley rim and then downhill, as drive follows the Trisuli River to the starting point.
Reaching on the road-side town of Chauradi/Phisling then walk towards the bank of Trisuli River. Where our rafting crews and Captain of the boat greets you with introduction of rafting staff. Before starting the rafting, the captain and a lead river guide provides briefing on safety measures. Includes information of the river, paddling technique, then getting ready for rafting holding the paddle each with helmets and life-jackets to wear. The captain issues the seating orders on the side of the rubber boat, while captain will be on the back. Rafting starts paddling downstream encountering enjoyable bouncy waves and rapids, the lunch will be like a dry picnic. The lunch will be set on the sandy beach with huge tarpaulin spread, where foods are set. Enjoy the lunch prepared by the rafting cook and guides, then continue paddling to the end of rafting. Completing the day at Kurin-Ghat or Kurintar village, located by the river and the main highway of Kathmandu and Chitwan. After getting dressed in dry clothes and collecting the valuables from water-proof bags and drums. Walk towards a nice River Resort close on the bank of Trisuli River, on checking into lovely rooms. Having time to explore the nearby local village.
Morning having breakfast, get transfer into a car or coach as per size of a group, for overland journey. An exciting short drive of few hours following the main Nepal busy highway, the drive leads along Trisuli River. The drive heads south towards low warm areas of Terai belt. Where dense green tropical jungle of Chitwan is located, along the drive one can experience the rural farm life.
The drive diverts from the main highway towards farm areas and villages to reach Sauraha, a town situated close to Chitwan National Park. On arrival at Chitwan, then check into a nice hotels or resort, where jungle guide or naturalist receives you.
The briefing is held before checking into your rooms, the guide offers information regarding jungle activities and safari. Afternoon enjoy short nature walks or visit the local Tharu village the indigenous tribes of Terai belt.
At Chitwan programs begins early morning before breakfast for bird watching, nature walks or elephant safari into deep dense jungle on the lookout for rare Royal Bengal Tiger, Rhinoceros, herds of deer and other wild animals with various species of birds.
After morning activities back to the hotel for breakfast, and then for other exciting activities either elephant breeding center and bathing or canoe ride on Rapti River to observe river birds and two types of crocodiles Marsh Mugger and Gangetic Ghariel.Morning options for bird-watching or nature walks, then having breakfast depart from the hotel for interesting drive to scenic Pokhara. The road follows on the main busy highway along the Trisuli River most of the way.
On reaching Mugling Bazaar, drive heads west facing views of Annapurna and Manaslu Himal range. After hours of good scenic drive reaching Pokhara for overnight stop in a nice hotel, located close to serene Phewa Lake.
At Pokhara after checking into your lovely rooms, having time to browse around the Phewa Lakeside where all good hotels, restaurants, shops and stores located.
While in Pokhara one can enjoy various activities, enjoy early morning short drive to Sarankot view-point hill. Famous for glorious sunrise views over an array of Himalayan peaks includes Annapurna, Manaslu and Dhaulagiri Himalayas with Machhapuchare Himal; the famous Fish-Tail peak. The panoramic views includes of Pokhara city and the lake. At Sarankot one can enjoy Paragliding, the most popular adventure sports, as well as Zip Line / Flyer, zoom on a cable for less than 10 minutes towards Hyanja village. The other exciting adventure one can enjoy is Ultra-Light Flight of less than half hour. As well the daring Bungee Jumping from a crane as platform for the exciting jump.
After a refreshing morning back to hotel, and then enjoy short drive for tour of Pokhara’s natural wonders. Visit the Devi’s Waterfall and Gupteshwor Mahadev a large cave, from here tour of International Mountain Museum and the local market of Pokhara then head back to the hotel for lunch, afternoon at leisure one can enjoy boating on Phewa Lake.
Pokhara an amazing and unique place on earth with sub-tropical climate and yet close to arctic zone of mountains the Annapurna Himalayas. Pokhara is famous for Adventure sports activities, besides trekking and mountaineering. One can enjoy Paragliding, Zip-Line / Flyer and Bungee Jumping as well as Ultra-Light Flight and much more.
Morning, after breakfast depart from the hotel for interesting drive back to Kathmandu. The road follows on main busy highway, after leaving the Trisuli River, and then the road climbs on winding up to the outskirt of Kathmandu valley. From the high end of the valley rim, the drive slowly enters the busy bustling city of Kathmandu. On reaching Thamel or near about then check into respective hotels, afternoon free at leisure for individual activities and shopping souvenirs.
Evening group dinner in a nice authentic Nepali restaurant, dinner with exciting Nepali cultural program.
Last day in Nepal and at Kathmandu, as time for your respective airlines flight departures. Our guide, staff transfers you to the airport, then bid farewell to Nepal till you return for another exciting adventure.
You will arrive either by air or land to Nepal. If you arrive in Nepal by air, you have to use only Tribhuvan International Airport. Instead, if you use the road, you can enter or arrive in Nepal by land, you can different borders of Neighboring countries (India and China) like Jogbani, Raksaul, Sunauli, Birjung, Kakarvitta, Jh Tatopani, Rasuawagadi etc. You can use whichever entrances you like to suit your comfort and convenience.
Tourist Visa Nepal
A tourist Visa is on arrival visa in Nepal. It means tourists who are visiting Nepal can get the visas instantly on arrival at International Airports by producing all required documents. TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport) under the Department of Immigration has been facilitating tourists flying to Nepal by providing visas on Arrival. The 'On Arrival' visa procedure is very quick and simple. Within 5-10 minutes, you will get a visa on your passport. However, you can expect some queues during peak Tourist season If you wish to skip those queues, you can also consider getting a Visa from Nepalese Diplomatic Missions stationed abroad before your arrival. If you have possible, we recommend you obtain a visa before you enter Nepal from the diplomatic missions located nearby you so that you don’t need to bear any hassles during the process of obtaining a tourist visa on arrival. Transfer to Hotel
The majority of people/trekkers enter Nepal by air and that is via Tribhuvan International Airport. We receive you at the arrival of any entry point of Nepal or mainly at Tribhuvan International Airport without any delay according to your arrival time. It may take some time like 30 minutes to collect your luggage and for security checking at the airport. After that, you make your way to the exit of the airport and the Haven Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Representative will be waiting there holding the Board Witten “Haven Holidays Pvt. Ltd” As you see the board, you have to go with him or her and we will make a very comfortable transfer to the hotel you are staying overnight. The transfer from Tribhuvan International Airport and Thamel, the hotel where you are staying will take just 30 minutes drive.
Get checked in the hotel take a rest and get refreshed. We will give you the time for orientation after you get checked into the hotel.
Orientation
As you are given the time when you get checked in the hotel, you will be followed by our staff for the orientation. It may be on the same day or later the next day early in the morning at breakfast.
We will briefly let you know the trip you are undertaking from the next day or the same day onwards. You will be stated about the highlights of the trip, preparations, equipment, food and accommodation, guide, porter, etc
If you have any queries, you can put them in this orientation meeting before you depart for your trip.
Last Minute Booking
Last-minute booking is always open for you but the same package tends to be a little more costly than the regular departure dates trip packages. You can book the trip you like on our website even a day before the trip begins.

We are always flexible and open to the extension of the particular trip you are undertaking. If you enjoy the trip you are doing, you can extend it to longer days or longer hours. But, for this, you must contact us one day prior so that we can arrange the required things like trip crew, accommodation, transportation and other minor needy things for your extended trip and you must add some little additional cost which we will settle in mutual understanding.
Currency Exchange
You can exchange your currency even in the Tribhuvan International Airport at your arrival or you can exchange it after you check in at the hotel or other several places in Kathmandu, trekking beginning points as well. If you are in a rush and cannot do this, you can pay USD, AUD or CAD to the people whom you need to pay for your accommodation, food, trip costs, tipping etc.

Luggage and Storage

Meals
Meals will be provided according to the itinerary and cost includes and cost excludes. If you are given the itinerary or cost including BB only, you will be provided breakfast only and if you have booked the trip package including a full-board meal, you will get all the meals including breakfast, dinner and lunch. Apart from main meals, if you have extra tea, coffee, cold drinks and other alcoholic drinks, you have to pay them personally.
During the trip, you will be given enough time to have a meal. Vegan, Vegetarian?? If you are vegetarian, you will still find the choice in the menu and our guide will take good care of you through the trip.
Electricity
You will get a good and undisturbed facility of electricity during the trip to Nepal., you can get the facility of electricity to charge your phones and backups. However, in some cases, you may have to face the problem of load-shedding and technical problems.
Drinking Water
Drinking water must be pure, safe and contamination-free. You can get bottled or purified drinking water during the trip which is very safe for you to drink. However, some people carry water purifying ingredients and they apply it to the drinking water and they drink it. But, don’t try to drink the water from the Local River, stream and taps.
Communication
You can enjoy excellent facilities of communication in Kathmandu. However, in the case of the trip to the mountains, you may not be able to have such kind of facility as in the cities. But, most of the hotels/restaurants on the tour will offer you the facility of Wi-Fi. Sometimes, you get it for free.
The best way to access good communication over your smartphone is to get a local Nepali SIM Card like NT and NCELL. You get these local Nepali SIM Cards easily in Kathmandu and even in International Airport, Tribhuwan International Airport. Typical Day
The typical trip day begins with a good breakfast. You will have breakfast at around 7-9 am and begin the day after that. Then, you will have for 3-4 hours after breakfast and you will stop for lunch. The lunchtime will be around an hour. You will If you are vegetarian, no worries, you can still find the ways. After lunch, you will resume your tour again and end the day tour in the after like around 4-5 pm. Follow the instructions from the guide/leader very well.
