River Beach Morning Haven Holiday Nepal staff, receives you hotel for interesting few hours’ drive to the put-in point of rafting. The drive heads beyond Kathmandu valley rim and then downhill, as drive follows the Trisuli River to the starting point. 

Reaching on the road-side town of Chauradi/Phisling then walk towards the bank of Trisuli River. Where our rafting crews and Captain of the boat greets you with introduction of rafting staff. Before starting the rafting, the captain and a lead river guide provides briefing on safety measures. Includes information of the river, paddling technique, then getting ready for rafting holding the paddle each with helmets and life-jackets to wear. The captain issues the seating orders on the side of the rubber boat, while captain will be on the back. Rafting starts paddling downstream encountering enjoyable bouncy waves and rapids, the lunch will be like a dry picnic. The lunch will be set on the sandy beach with huge tarpaulin spread, where foods are set. Enjoy the lunch prepared by the rafting cook and guides, then continue paddling to the end of rafting. Completing the day at Kurin-Ghat or Kurintar village, located by the river and the main highway of Kathmandu and Chitwan. An exciting short drive of few hours following the main Nepal busy highway, the drive leads along Trisuli River. The drive heads south towards low warm areas of Terai belt. Arrival 

You will arrive either by air or land to Nepal. If you arrive in Nepal by air, you have to use only Tribhuvan International Airport. Instead, if you use the road, you can enter or arrive in Nepal by land, you can different borders of Neighboring countries (India and China) like  Jogbani, Raksaul, Sunauli, Birjung, Kakarvitta, Jh Tatopani, Rasuawagadi etc. You can use whichever entrances you like to suit your comfort and convenience. 

Tourist Visa Nepal

A tourist Visa is on arrival visa in Nepal. It means tourists who are visiting Nepal can get the visas instantly on arrival at International Airports by producing all required documents. TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport) under the Department of Immigration has been facilitating tourists flying to Nepal by providing visas on Arrival. The 'On Arrival' visa procedure is very quick and simple. Within 5-10 minutes, you will get a visa on your passport. However, you can expect some queues during peak Tourist season If you wish to skip those queues, you can also consider getting a Visa from Nepalese Diplomatic Missions stationed abroad before your arrival. If you have possible, we recommend you obtain a visa before you enter Nepal from the diplomatic missions located nearby you so that you don’t need to bear any hassles during the process of obtaining a tourist visa on arrival. Transfer to Hotel

The majority of people/trekkers enter Nepal by air and that is via Tribhuvan International Airport. We receive you at the arrival of any entry point of Nepal or mainly at Tribhuvan International Airport without any delay according to your arrival time. It may take some time like 30   minutes to collect your luggage and for security checking at the airport. After that, you make your way to the exit of the airport and the Haven Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Representative will be waiting there holding the Board Witten “Haven Holidays Pvt. Ltd” As you see the board, you have to go with him or her and we will make a very comfortable transfer to the hotel you are staying overnight. The transfer from Tribhuvan International Airport and Thamel, the hotel where you are staying will take just 30 minutes drive. 

Get checked in the hotel take a rest and get refreshed. We will give you the time for orientation after you get checked into the hotel. 

Orientation 

As you are given the time when you get checked in the hotel, you will be followed by our staff for the orientation. It may be on the same day or later the next day early in the morning at breakfast. 

We will briefly let you know the trip you are undertaking from the next day or the same day onwards. You will be stated about the highlights of the trip, preparations, equipment, food and accommodation, guide, porter, etc 

If you have any queries, you can put them in this orientation meeting before you depart for your trip. 

Last Minute Booking

During the trip, you will be given enough time to have a meal. Vegan, Vegetarian?? If you are vegetarian, you will still find the choice in the menu and our guide will take good care of you through the trip. 

Electricity

You will get a good and undisturbed facility of electricity during the trip to Nepal., you can get the facility of electricity to charge your phones and backups. However, in some cases, you may have to face the problem of load-shedding and technical problems. 

Drinking Water

Drinking water must be pure, safe and contamination-free. You can get bottled or purified drinking water during the trip which is very safe for you to drink. However, some people carry water purifying ingredients and they apply it to the drinking water and they drink it. But, don’t try to drink the water from the Local River, stream and taps. 

Communication 

You can enjoy excellent facilities of communication in Kathmandu. However, in the case of the trip to the mountains, you may not be able to have such kind of facility as in the cities. But, most of the hotels/restaurants on the tour will offer you the facility of  Wi-fi. Sometimes, you get it for free. 

The best way to access good communication over your smartphone is to get a local Nepali SIM Card like NT and NCELL. The typical trip day begins with a good breakfast. You will have breakfast at around 7-9 am and begin the day after that.     Trisuli Rivers is a popular river for rafting where beginners and expert rafter can enjoy the float. It is safe with all safety measures and precaution is undertaken with helmets, life-jackets and the Captain of the boat are well experienced Rafting guides. The only danger and most challenging time rafting the Trisuli River is during high monsoon seasons of July to mid-September. When the water level is high with fast currents, but rafting in spring and autumn and winter. The water level and currents are low. So Trisuli River, is one of the safest and enjoyable rivers for exciting rafting. 

    
Yes, in early days some lodges were built in the heart of the jungles of Chitwan National Park. But after last two decades, the government and forest department restricted lodge being located inside the park. Which can be disturbing to wild-life and to save the pristine environment. Where all lodges, hotels and resorts are all outside the Park areas near to its buffer zone. But visitors are allowed for jungle and elephant safari inside the park for certain duration of time as fixed by the Forest Department and Park official or authority. 

    Yes, nearly all lodges have the facilities of hydroelectricity, some few small villages runs the electricity for guest by solar-power. All visitors can have the facilities to charge their electronic gadgets.

    Nearly all overnight stop lodge and guest-house have the facilities of internet and Wi-Fi. But sometimes on deep valley and gorges the connection is quite slow and disturbing due to terrain and bad weather wise. 

    The foods on every meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner are amazingly of best quality, prepared with care and hygienic. All hotels, and lodge restaurants serves as per the food menu wise on La Carte basis or Set meals of Nepali Dal Bhat (boiled / steamed rice with lentil soup and mild vegetable curry served with pickles). The foods on the menu includes from Continental, Chinese, Indian to Nepali, some restaurants on treks also provides bakery items as well.

    Most popular is Nepali Dal / Bhat, noodle soup or fried noodle with veg and eggs or meats, Mo-Mo dumpling stuffed with meats or vegetable is also popular dishes found on the treks.
