Originally from Dhading, Nepal, he currently resides in Kathmandu and has been an integral part of the trekking industry since 1992 A.D when he started as a porter. He became a trekking guide in 1995 and has been leading treks and tours ever since.

Mr. Dhauniya has been involved in various social work projects and has provided leadership in his community for many years. He has worked for numerous companies in different roles such as trekking guide, tour operator, and manager, gaining invaluable experience in the hospitality industry. With a passion for travel, he has traveled extensively to many countries to understand the hospitality business better.
