3. Other Ways to Avoid Lukla Flights 

If you do not like to take the Lukla flight and also skip jeep ride to Thamdanda/Surke or direct helicopter to Lukla/Surke from Kathmandu, there are other options to trek up to Everest Base Camp (EBC) by trekking to other trailheads.
