Unlike the traditional EBC trek that starts with a flight to Lukla, this overland route provided a completely different perspective of the Everest region—one filled with adventure, cultural immersion, and breathtaking scenery. Scenic & Adventurous Drive to Salleri:- The trip started with an exhilarating jeep ride from Kathmandu to Salleri, a less-explored yet stunning gateway to the Khumbu region. The drive took around 8-10 hours, passing through lush green hills, terraced farmlands, and remote villages, giving us a taste of Nepal’s diverse landscapes before we even set foot on the trail.
